Chase is currently handling customer inquiries and orders. Chase has learned each individual sizing program that our manufacturer’s currently offer and is efficient in providing accurate custom pump assembly quotes in a timely manner. His responsibilities include quoting spare parts and pumps, processing orders and verifying deliveries as well as compiling data for assemblies. Chase is Michael’s son and is being trained to handle a much larger work load of custom pump assemblies.

Ron handles a large portion of inside sales and custom applications, as well as pump repairs. He has been doing pump repairs, assemblies, and troubleshooting since 2000. He continues to improve his skills by attending pump schools and seminars. He has been factory trained by several of the manufacturers that we currently represent. Ron is very customer oriented and knowledgeable.

Greg came to us already extremely qualified for the position of shop technician and he has already proved himself to be an efficient member of our team. We aim to have Greg manage our repairs, assemblies, shipping and receiving and even provide support to our inside sales team.

Jeremy is an excellent mechanic and has excelled with repairs on all brands of pumps. He used to do all in-house and on-site repairs, custom pump skid fabrication as well all of shipping and receiving, but now he has been promoted to outside sales for our Nashville territory and surrounding areas. Jeremy excels in customer relationships and has had a large amount of success in the short time he has been on the road. We expect great things from him in the future.

Michael has a mechanical engineering degree in mechanical design. He started his career as a plant engineer for a manufacturing plant in North GA. He worked for 9 years in the plant engineering department managing a team of engineers as well as maintenance personnel before leaving to pursue a career as a contractor. As a contractor, he worked on the design and installation of several pump stations for the City of Chattanooga. He then moved into inside sales for a pump distributor in Chattanooga. He has now been an outside sales engineer in the pump distribution industry for the last 20 years. He has attended several management, sales and pump schools for various products.
Bryan Marshall

President/Owner

Bryan has been in the pump distribution business for over 50 years. He currently owns both Tennessee Process Pumps as well as W.E. Marshall Company. Bryan has performed many duties within the pump distribution and repair industry. He started out in the shop handling repairs and assemblies. He then moved on to the sales counter dealing directly with the walk-in customers. From there he moved to inside sales, then to outside sales and finally to VP. In 1986 Bryan became president and owner of W.E. Marshall Company. Since 1986 the company has grown 10 times that of its original size. He started TN Process Pumps in 2004 and now owns and manages both companies.
