TNPP was established in December of 2006. Prior to December of 2006 we were a branch office of W.E. Marshall Company, Inc. for 3 years. Bryan Marshall still owns both companies. Bryan recognized the need for a new kind of distribution company, a distributor that was concerned with putting the customer first. He had proven that the concept would work and wanted to offer that concept to the Tennessee market. In November of 2003 he established the Tennessee branch of W.E. Marshall Company. Bryan travelled with the salesmen for the first few months asking the customers what they would like in a distributor and then took those comments and ideas and his personal experience and created Tennessee Process Pumps.
Tennessee Process Pumps (TNPP) is the leader in pump distribution in Eastern and Central Tennessee. TNPP is located in one of the primary manufacturing areas of Chattanooga, TN and is only minutes from several of our chemical and industrial customers. TNPP is dedicated to providing the highest quality products and customer service available. TNPP continuously seeks products and services that are of the highest quality to ensure that our customers have every possible advantage in their industries. Among Tennessee’s three types of pump distributors, Large Volume pump distributors, Engineered pump distributors and General purpose pump distributors, Tennessee Process Pumps falls into the Engineered pump distributors category. We handle very specialized equipment that requires technical application and time. We work hard to develop “relationships” with our customers. We are “problem solvers”. When the customer is pumping something hazardous or expensive and do not want the product to escape or leak, we have the solutions. Tennessee Process Pumps is one of very few of this type of distributor in Tennessee. Our sales team is dedicated to provide the customer the best possible solution for his application or problem.
